What it is

The BlissTrends Foot Rest provides a customizable solution for office workers struggling with poor circulation or back strain. Constructed from high density foam, this teardrop shaped cushion features a two piece modular design that allows users to toggle between two heights using a simple touch fastener system. The ergonomic curvature is designed to promote active sitting and proper spinal alignment by elevating the feet to a more natural position during long work sessions. Unlike rigid plastic footrests, this foam model offers a soft landing for your feet while maintaining enough structural integrity to prevent flattening over time. The removable polyester cover is machine washable and features a non slip base to keep the unit stable on both carpet and hard flooring. Its lightweight construction makes it a versatile accessory that transitions easily from an under desk tool to a supportive pillow for under the knees when relaxing at home.

Ravvy AI insight

At its price point, the BlissTrends model excels because of its dual layer versatility which most foam pillows lack. Buyers should prioritize this over single block designs to ensure the height fits their specific chair and desk configuration. The high review volume suggests reliable quality control, but users should expect a short break in period for the foam to reach its optimal density.

How to get the most out of it

Finding Your Ideal Height

Start with both layers attached to see if your knees are level with your hips. If your knees feel pushed too high, remove the bottom layer to drop the height by two inches for a more neutral posture.

Ownership tips

care

Maintaining Freshness

Unzip the outer cover once a month for a cold machine wash to prevent odors and dust buildup. Avoid getting the internal foam wet as it can be difficult to dry and may lose its shape.

tip

Use Beyond the Desk

Flip the footrest over and use the curved side as a rocker to encourage leg movement, or place it under your knees while lying down to relieve pressure on your lower back.

Frequently asked questions

Does this footrest slide around on hardwood floors?

The bottom of the cover features a non slip beaded texture designed to grip various surfaces. While it stays in place during normal use, excessive pushing may cause slight movement on very slick floors.

Can I use this if I have a standing desk?

This is primarily designed for seated use to improve posture. However, some users find it helpful to rest one foot on the cushion while standing to shift their weight and reduce fatigue.

Is the foam firm or soft?

The foam is high resilience, meaning it feels soft to the touch but provides firm support under the weight of your legs. It is designed to hold its shape rather than sinking to the floor.

How do the two layers stay together?

The two sections are held together by high quality touch fasteners or Velcro strips. This allows you to stack them securely or separate them in seconds without using tools.
