By accessing Choosr you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.

Choosr is an independent product discovery and comparison service. We aggregate publicly available product information, retailer listings and owner review signals, and we publish our own analysis, including the Choosr Score.

We are not a retailer. We do not sell, stock, ship, service or warrant any product shown on the site. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer's terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any brand or marketplace whose products we list, except as an affiliate program participant.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or is used to abuse the platform.

• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk copy the site, our scores, or our editorial content except as permitted by our robots file.
• Do not resell, sublicense or republish Choosr content as your own, or use it to train a machine learning model without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the AI assistant to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content, or to extract our prompts or system instructions.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, impersonate Choosr, or manipulate view counts, scores or rankings.

Choosr participates in retailer affiliate programs. Some outbound links are or may become affiliate links, and if you click one and buy, Choosr may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are marked and carry appropriate link attributes.

Commission plays no part in the Choosr Score, ranking, or what we say about a product. Placement is not for sale. Where we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled as such.

Prices, specifications, images, ratings and availability are captured from third party sources at a point in time and can change or be wrong. The retailer's own listing is always authoritative at the moment of purchase. Verify details on the retailer's site before you buy. We are not liable for pricing or specification errors originating from third party data.

The Choosr Score is our opinion, produced by a documented methodology described on the methodology page. It is not a certification, a safety assessment, or a guarantee of performance. Ratings shown from third party marketplaces are clearly attributed to that marketplace and remain their data.

Scout generates responses using large language models and can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. Treat its output as a starting point, not advice. Nothing on Choosr is medical, safety, financial or legal advice, including guidance about baby, child or health related products. Verify anything that matters before relying on it.

The Choosr name, logo, interface, scoring methodology, editorial writing and generated media are owned by Choosr or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You get a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site for your own non-commercial use.

Product names, images, trade marks and review text belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification, comparison and commentary. If you believe material on Choosr infringes your rights, follow our DMCA and copyright policy.

If you submit content such as chat messages, feedback or suggestions, you grant Choosr a worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store and use it to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights to submit it. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Outbound links are provided for convenience. We do not control third party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, fulfilment, returns or customer service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or that data will be complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choosr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service or a purchase made through a link on it. Our total aggregate liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.

You agree to indemnify Choosr against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of another party's rights.

We may modify the service or these terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. We may discontinue features at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to sue where you live. Contact: legal@choosr.app.
