What it is

The Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete represents a significant leap in robotic vacuum engineering by managing to fit industry leading suction power into a remarkably slim 3.13 inch profile. While most flagship robots struggle with low clearance furniture, this model glides under sofas and bed frames where dust typically accumulates undisturbed. The standout 35,000Pa suction rating is paired with a dual brush system that effectively agitates carpet fibers, making it one of the most capable robots for households with heavy shedding pets or high-pile rugs. The maintenance experience is equally advanced, centered around a 10-in-1 dock that utilizes 212 degree Fahrenheit hot water to sanitize mop pads. This extreme temperature is rare in the market and crucial for breaking down oily kitchen spills and eliminating bacteria. The inclusion of dual AI cameras provides sophisticated obstacle avoidance that goes beyond simple pathing, allowing the unit to recognize specific household objects and adjust its approach in real time, ensuring it does not get tangled in stray charging cables or pet toys.

Ravvy AI insight

When comparing this to competitors like Roborock or Ecovacs, the X60 Max Ultra's main advantage is the physical height and the 100 degree Celsius mop wash. Most high end robots wash at 60 degrees Celsius; the higher heat here is noticeably better at preventing mop odors over time. However, ensure you have a dedicated space for the 52 pound dock, as it requires more vertical and horizontal clearance than standard charging bases.

How to get the most out of it

Low Clearance Navigation

During the first map run, leave all low profile furniture accessible. The AI cameras need to identify the underside of sofas to include those areas in the permanent cleaning route.

Ownership tips

care

Maintain the DuoBrush

Even with tangle free technology, check the rollers once a month for fine threads or long hair caught at the axles. This maintains the semi sealed chamber pressure needed for the full 35,000Pa suction.

tip

Optimize Mop Washing

Utilize the app to schedule mop washing cycles during off peak hours. The 212 degree Fahrenheit heating process is effective but draws more power than standard charging modes.

Frequently asked questions

How often do I need to empty the base station?

The dust bag in the base station is designed to last up to 100 days depending on your home environment and pet hair volume. You will still need to refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank every few days depending on mopping frequency.

Does it work on thick high pile carpets?

Yes, the 35,000Pa suction is specifically designed to lift dirt from deep within carpet fibers. The robot also has an auto lift feature for the mop pads to prevent wetting your carpets while vacuuming.

Can I use any cleaning solution in the tank?

It is highly recommended to use the official Dreame cleaning solution included in the box. Third party soaps can cause sudsing issues or degrade the internal seals of the high temperature heating element.

Is the camera safe for privacy?
