What it is

The FitBeast Grip Strengthener Kit is a comprehensive five piece set designed to target every aspect of hand and forearm mechanics. Rather than providing a single tool, this bundle includes an adjustable tension gripper, a finger exerciser, a stretch band, a grip ring, and a stress ball. This variety allows users to transition from high resistance power building to fine motor dexterity drills, making it a versatile choice for both serious athletes and those in physical therapy. The adjustable gripper is the centerpiece, offering a tension range from 22 to 132 pounds via a simple screw dial. Built with portability in mind, each component is lightweight and fits easily into a gym bag or desk drawer. The use of non slip rubber and stainless steel springs ensures that the tools remain functional even during sweaty sessions. While the plastic housing on the main gripper is light, the overall variety of the kit provides a holistic approach to hand health that single spring units cannot match. It is an entry level powerhouse for anyone looking to increase crush strength or manage repetitive strain issues.

Ravvy AI insight

At this price point, you are paying for variety rather than heirloom durability. The real value lies in the finger stretcher and grip ring which are often sold separately for the same total cost. For the best longevity, avoid maxing out the tension dial on the main gripper frequently as the internal spring alignment can shift under peak load.

Ownership tips

care

Spring Maintenance

Keep the stainless steel spring dry and free from dust. If the dial becomes difficult to turn, a small drop of silicone lubricant on the threads will restore smooth movement.

tip

Finger Dexterity

Use the individual finger exerciser specifically for your pinky and ring fingers. These are typically the weakest digits but are crucial for a secure overall grip in climbing and lifting.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, the ergonomic handles are contoured to fit a variety of hand sizes. However, users with very small hands may find the finger stretcher band a bit loose until they build initial strength.
