What it is

The KENHAO 67W 3-Port Car Charger is a versatile power solution designed for modern commuters who need to juice up multiple devices simultaneously. Featuring a robust 67W total output, it balances a high-speed Power Delivery port for smartphones and tablets with traditional USB-A ports for legacy gear. The compact design fits snugly into standard cigarette lighter sockets, providing a flush aesthetic that does not clutter the dashboard. Constructed from fireproof materials with an integrated smart chip, this charger prioritizes safety alongside speed. It effectively manages thermals and voltage to prevent overcharging, automatically cutting power once your device reaches full capacity. The inclusion of a 3-foot USB-C to USB-C cable adds significant value, making it a ready-to-use kit for anyone transitioning to the latest charging standards.

Ravvy AI insight

While the 67W rating is a combined total, the primary USB-C port delivers enough juice for PPS-enabled Samsung devices and rapid iPhone charging. For the best experience, ensure you use the high-wattage port for your primary device and the USB-A ports for lower-draw accessories like dash cams or wireless headphones.

Ownership tips

tip

Port Selection Matters

For the fastest possible charge on your smartphone, always use the dedicated USB-C port. The USB-A ports are better suited for older accessories or devices that do not support Power Delivery.

care

Keep Contacts Clean

If you notice inconsistent charging, use a dry cloth or a burst of compressed air to clean the metal contacts on the side of the charger. Dust buildup inside the cigarette lighter socket can sometimes impede the connection.

Frequently asked questions

Can this charger power a laptop?

It can provide a slow or trickle charge to smaller laptops like the MacBook Air via the PD port. However, it is primarily optimized for smartphones and tablets and may not keep up with high-power gaming laptops.

Does it support Samsung Super Fast Charging?

Yes, the USB-C port supports Power Delivery (PD) protocols compatible with Samsung's fast-charging standards. It can charge most modern Samsung Galaxy phones from zero to 50 percent in roughly 30 minutes.

Will it drain my car battery if left plugged in?

Most modern cars cut power to the cigarette lighter when the ignition is off. If your car keeps the socket live, the idle power draw is extremely low, but it is always safest to unplug it during long-term storage.

Does it come with an iPhone cable?

The package includes a USB-C to USB-C cable. If you have an older iPhone with a Lightning port, you will need to provide your own USB-C to Lightning cable to utilize the fast-charging port.
