What it is

The Krunia 9.26 inch wireless screen is a sophisticated solution for drivers looking to modernize older vehicles without tearing apart the dashboard. Unlike standard 7 inch units, this widescreen IPS display offers a 1600x600 resolution that provides significantly more screen real estate for split-screen navigation and media. The 5G Wi-Fi integration is a standout feature, ensuring that wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto remain responsive and lag-free even during heavy GPS usage. Setting this unit apart from generic competitors is the inclusion of Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates, a rarity at this price point. This allows the device to receive software optimizations over time, potentially extending its lifespan as smartphone operating systems evolve. The hardware is equally robust, featuring a high-brightness panel that maintains visibility in direct sunlight and a temperature-resistant build designed to survive extreme summer and winter conditions inside the cabin.

Ravvy AI insight

The 1600x600 resolution is the primary selling point here, offering 50 percent more vertical detail than budget 480p alternatives. For the best audio experience, bypass the internal speakers and use the FM transmitter or AUX port to pipe sound directly into your car's existing stereo system.

How to get the most out of it

Mounting for Stability

Clean your dashboard thoroughly with alcohol before applying the adhesive bracket. Let the adhesive set for 24 hours without the weight of the screen to ensure a permanent bond that won't vibrate during driving.

Ownership tips

tip

Optimizing Audio Quality

For the highest fidelity sound, use the provided AUX cable to connect the screen to your car stereo. If your car lacks an AUX input, find an empty FM frequency with minimal static for the cleanest wireless transmission.

Sunlight Protection

While the device is rated for high temperatures, using a windshield sunshade when parked in direct sunlight will help preserve the IPS panel's color accuracy and longevity over several years.
