What it is

The Lamicall Magnetic Cable Clips offer a sophisticated alternative to the bulky plastic cable drops typically found in office setups. Featuring a unique silver-shine finish encased in crystal-clear material, these clips function as much as desk ornaments as they do organizers. The magnetic locking mechanism is the standout feature, providing a secure snap that holds thicker cords like HDMI cables while still being easy enough to flip open with a single finger when you need to move your charger. Unlike traditional adhesive clips that use friction to hold wires, these employ an 8mm slot that allows for smooth cable movement without snagging. The use of transparent acrylic adhesive ensures a strong bond on glass, wood, or ceramic without the risk of leaving gooey residue behind when removed. This pack of eight is sized perfectly for nightstands, car dashboards, or monitor edges where cable clutter tends to accumulate.

Ravvy AI insight

These clips are superior to standard silicone cable drops because the magnetic hinge prevents the 'pop-out' effect common with stiff HDMI or braided cables. To ensure the longest life, clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol before application, as the acrylic adhesive relies on a completely debris-free bond. The 8mm opening is generous, but users with specialized gaming peripherals should verify cord thickness as some heavy-duty braided cables may fit tightly.

Respect the Cure Time

Avoid placing any tension or heavy cables in the clips for at least 30 minutes after installation. This allows the adhesive to fully bond with the surface for maximum weight support.

care

Safe Removal Process

If you need to move the clips, use a piece of dental floss to gently saw through the adhesive layer behind the clip. This prevents surface damage to delicate wood veneers.
