What it is

The LISEN 69W Dual-Port Car Charger is an exercise in minimalist utility. Built with a high-density aluminum alloy shell, it avoids the common pitfalls of plastic adapters that warp or melt under sustained thermal loads. By offering a refined two-port layout featuring USB-C and USB-A, it provides a stable 36W PD and 18W QC output, ensuring that your devices receive a consistent charge without the dashboard clutter often caused by bulky four-port hubs. Its thumb-sized profile allows for a flush fit in most auxiliary power outlets, maintaining the sleek aesthetic of your vehicle interior. The included two-pack is particularly valuable for households with multiple cars or for professional fleet drivers who require a standardized, reliable power source across several vehicles. It is a no-nonsense solution for those who prioritize thermal management and durability over novelty features.

Ravvy AI insight

While the 69W marketing total is an aggregate peak, the real-world value lies in the 36W PD port which is ideal for fast-charging the latest smartphones. The aluminum casing is a significant upgrade over plastic competitors in this price bracket as it acts as a passive heat sink to protect your phone's battery health during long road trips.

How to get the most out of it

Ensuring a Flush Fit

If the charger sits slightly loose, check for debris inside your cigarette lighter socket. A clean contact point ensures the mini-design stays flush and maintains a stable electrical connection during vibrations.

Ownership tips

tip

Use Certified Cables

To achieve the maximum 36W PD speed, ensure you are using a high-quality MFi-certified or E-mark USB-C cable. Lower quality cables can bottleneck the power transfer and generate excess heat at the connector.

care

Avoid Extreme Moisture

While the aluminum shell is durable, the internal circuits are sensitive to moisture. Wipe the ports with a dry cloth if you notice any condensation after leaving the car in cold or humid environments.

Frequently asked questions

Will this charger drain my car battery if left plugged in?

Most modern cars cut power to the cigarette lighter when the ignition is off. Even if yours remains powered, the tiny LED indicator draws negligible current that would take weeks to affect a healthy car battery.

Can I charge two phones at fast-charging speeds simultaneously?

Yes, the USB-C port provides Power Delivery (PD) while the USB-A port provides Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 independently. This allows two different devices to charge at their respective fast speeds without interference.

Is the exterior actually metal or just plastic with a metallic finish?

This charger features a genuine high-density aluminum alloy shell. This material is specifically chosen for its heat dissipation properties and its ability to withstand high temperatures without melting like plastic alternatives.

Does it work with 24V systems in trucks?

Yes, it is designed to handle input voltages from 12V to 24V, making it compatible with standard passenger cars, SUVs, and larger commercial trucks or vans.
