What it is

The Melalenia 7-Piece Luggage Set offers an exhaustive solution for travelers who need a specific bag for every possible scenario. This expansive collection includes four hardshell suitcases ranging from an 18-inch carry-on to a massive 28-inch checked bag, alongside a mini vanity case, a soft-sided tote, and a dedicated cosmetic bag. The aesthetic is distinguished by a unique argyle pattern and a two-tone color scheme that makes these pieces instantly recognizable on a crowded airport carousel. Built with ABS hardshell material, each suitcase features reinforced corner guards and side feet to minimize the scuffs and impacts common in transit. The integration of YKK zippers is a notable quality choice, providing smoother operation than standard generic sliders. While the set provides incredible organizational variety, the nested design ensures that when you return home, all seven pieces can be stored inside the largest suitcase to save closet space.

Ravvy AI insight

The inclusion of YKK zippers and TSA-approved locks at this price point is a strong indicator of value, but buyers should note the ABS shell construction. While lightweight and flexible, ABS is more prone to stress whitening or cracking under extreme pressure compared to polycarbonate. To maximize the lifespan of the 28-inch bag, avoid overpacking it to the point of strain as the material lacks the high-end impact memory of more expensive composites.
