What it is

The SAND MINE Outdoor Rug is a practical solution for homeowners and travelers who want to define their outdoor living space without the heavy maintenance of traditional textiles. Constructed from 100 percent virgin polypropylene, this mat uses a breathable weave that protects grass from dying while providing a comfortable surface for bare feet. Its reversible design allows you to flip the color scheme instantly, doubling the aesthetic life of the product. Because it is made of plastic straws rather than fabric, it resists water absorption and dries almost immediately after a rainstorm. It is exceptionally lightweight, which makes it an ideal companion for RV trips or beach outings, especially since it folds down into a compact profile. The heat treated edges prevent the typical fraying seen in budget mats, ensuring it holds up against foot traffic and patio furniture movement.

Ravvy AI insight

This rug tops the sales charts because it solves the mold and mildew problem inherent in outdoor fabrics. For the best experience, ignore the fold lines by laying it flat in the sun for two hours upon arrival to let the plastic memory relax. Given its 16 ounce weight, always use the corner loops or furniture to secure it, as it will shift in moderate breezes.
