What it is

The Uosogi X9 Turbo disrupts the budget cordless market by offering a high 650W motor that produces up to 55KPa of suction, peaking at 60KPa in its specialized Hurricane Mode. Unlike many competitors that require wall mounting to stay upright, this model features a self standing design, allowing you to pause cleaning mid room without leaning it against furniture. The addition of a 1.8 liter dust cup is particularly generous, significantly reducing the number of trips to the trash can during whole house sessions. Technological touches include a high definition color LED touchscreen that provides clear status updates on battery life and maintenance needs. The floor head uses a V shaped anti tangle brush bar which is a relief for pet owners dealing with long hair wrap. While the 70 minute runtime is achieved on the lowest setting, the vacuum maintains respectable endurance even when toggling through its four speed modes, making it a viable primary vacuum for apartments and small to medium homes.

Ravvy AI insight

At its current price point, the 55KPa suction rating is statistically higher than most entry level stick vacuums, but remember that the 70 minute runtime drops significantly in Hurricane Mode. The 1.8L bin is the standout feature here, as most cordless models offer only 0.5L to 0.7L. If you have multiple shedding pets, this specific model will save you more time in emptying cycles than almost any other cordless stick on the market.

Ownership tips

tip

Maximize Battery Longevity

Use the standard eco mode for hard floors and only engage Hurricane Mode for area rugs or stubborn messes. This prevents the battery cells from overheating and extends the overall life of the power pack.

care

Maintain the HEPA Filters

Wash the internal filters once a month with cold water and let them air dry completely for at least 24 hours. A clogged filter significantly reduces suction power and can strain the 650W motor.

Frequently asked questions

Can it stand up on its own without the wall mount?

Yes, the X9 Turbo features a freestanding design. You can click it into a locked upright position anywhere in the room without needing to lean it against a wall.

How long does the battery actually last on the highest setting?

While the maximum runtime is 70 minutes on low, using the highest suction modes will typically yield 15 to 20 minutes of continuous cleaning. This is standard for high power cordless vacuums.

Is the dust bin easy to empty?

The vacuum features a one touch emptying mechanism. You simply press a button over a trash can, and the bottom of the 1.8L bin hinges open to release debris without you touching the dirt.

Does it work well on high pile carpets?

It performs very well on low to medium pile carpets thanks to the Hurricane Mode. For very thick, high pile carpets, it provides deep cleaning but may require more effort to push due to the high suction seal.
