What it is

The EVERICH TOY Toss and Catch Set revives the iconic velcro paddle game of the 90s with modern durability upgrades. Unlike the flimsy cardboard versions found at dollar stores, this set utilizes high impact ABS plastic and a waterproof foam buffer layer. This structural change prevents the paddles from warping when they get damp or snapping under the pressure of a fast toss, making it a reliable companion for pool days or damp morning grass. Beyond just leisure, this set acts as a stealthy developmental tool for younger children. The extra sticky fabric surface is secured with criss cross stitching to ensure the hook and loop material doesn't peel away after a few sessions. By providing four paddles and four balls, it encourages group play rather than just one on one interaction, making it a practical choice for birthday parties or family camping trips where keeping multiple kids engaged is the priority.

Ravvy AI insight

When comparing paddle sets, focus on the core material. Most failures in this category occur when moisture hits the internal paperboard; this model uses foam and ABS which significantly extends its lifespan in humid or coastal environments. The inclusion of four paddles offers 50 percent better value per player than standard two packs.

Ownership tips

care

Clean the Velcro Surface

If the paddles lose their stickiness, use a fine tooth comb or a lint roller to remove hair and debris trapped in the hook fabric. Keeping the surface clean ensures the balls stay put during fast play.

tip

Use for Skill Building

For younger children, start at a very close distance and focus on the catching motion before increasing the throwing power. This builds confidence in hand eye coordination without the frustration of constant drops.
