What it is

Standing at an impressive 32 inches tall, this Daily Bugle set is a monumental love letter to the Spider-Verse. As the largest Marvel LEGO set released to date, it transforms the iconic New York newspaper office into a detailed four-story vertical diorama. Each floor is packed with narrative Easter eggs, from J. Jonah Jameson's penthouse office to the ground floor reception, all accessible via removable facades that make it surprisingly interactive for a display piece. The true draw here is the unprecedented roster of 25 minifigures. This set serves as a master class in character collection, featuring heavy hitters like Venom and Green Goblin alongside fan-favorite debuts like Daredevil, Blade, and The Punisher. While the building process is repetitive at times due to the sheer volume of window panes, the final result is a towering masterpiece that commands attention in any room. It is a dense, rewarding project that captures the chaotic energy of a comic book splash page.

Ravvy AI insight

From a value perspective, the price per piece is standard, but the inclusion of five exclusive high-demand minifigures significantly boosts its long-term investment potential. Builders should note the height requires a sturdy, deep shelf because the top floor and antenna are relatively delicate compared to the base.

How to get the most out of it

Managing the Window Phase

To avoid fatigue during the repetitive window assembly, try building the minifigures or interior furniture between every five windows. This breaks up the monotony of the glass panes and keeps the process engaging.

Ownership tips

tip

Placement and Stability

Because of its high center of gravity, place this set on a solid, level surface away from foot traffic. If you plan to move it, separate the floors first to prevent the top-heavy structure from tipping.

care

Dusting the Facade

The textured exterior and fire escapes trap dust easily. Use a clean, soft-bristled makeup brush or compressed air at a distance to clean the exterior without knocking off small decorative pieces.
