What it is

The EGOHOME 14 inch Queen mattress by MLILY represents a sophisticated approach to foam construction, blending medical-grade ergonomics with modern temperature regulation. By utilizing a copper-gel infused AeroFusion memory foam layer alongside AdaptiFoam, this mattress addresses the common trap of heat retention found in traditional foam beds. The inclusion of graphene technology in the cover adds a functional cooling element that actively pulls heat away from the sleeper, making it a viable choice for those who struggle with night sweats but prefer the contouring feel of foam. Support is where this model truly distinguishes itself, earning an endorsement from the International Chiropractors Association. The medium-firm tension is engineered to provide specific relief for the neck and shoulders while maintaining spinal alignment. With a substantial 14-inch depth, it offers a more luxurious and stable feel than thinner budget alternatives, though it maintains a tight top style that emphasizes responsive support over sink-in plushness. This balance makes it particularly effective for back sleepers who require a stable base to prevent morning stiffness.

Ravvy AI insight

This mattress offers a premium 14-inch profile at a mid-range price point, which is rare for ICA-endorsed foam. While the copper and graphene tech provide excellent thermal management, the 250-pound weight limit per side suggests it is best optimized for average to light-heavy builds. Buyers should prioritize this for the structural support rather than the cooling alone.

How to get the most out of it

Optimizing Expansion

For the best results, unbox the mattress in a well-ventilated room. While it may look ready in 12 hours, allowing a full 24 to 48 hours ensures the corners reach their maximum 14-inch height and any manufacturing odors dissipate completely.

Ownership tips

tip

Foundation Matching

Because this is a dense 14-inch foam mattress, use a solid platform or a slatted frame with gaps no wider than 3 inches. A sagging foundation will negate the orthopedic benefits of the high-density base foam.

care

Protecting the Surface

Since the cover is hand-wash only and the mattress cannot be returned once opened, we strongly recommend using a thin, breathable waterproof protector. This preserves the cooling properties while preventing stains that could void your 10-year warranty.
