What it is

This 1,048-piece LEGO Star Wars set brings the beloved Grogu to life with a focus on both mechanical play and display value. Unlike previous static models, this version includes the iconic hover pram and features clever dial-operated arms that allow for interactive posing. The inclusion of his favorite snacks, like the Sorgan frog and blue cookie, adds a layer of charm that resonates with dedicated fans of The Mandalorian series. The build itself is engaging for builders aged ten and up, balancing technical assembly with aesthetic accuracy. The finished model serves as a substantial centerpiece, complete with a descriptive plaque that mimics the style of high-end collector sets. Whether he is sitting inside his pram or standing solo, the articulation in the head and ears ensures you can capture the character's curious personality perfectly.

Ravvy AI insight

While this set has a high piece count, much of the complexity is in the pram base and internal arm mechanisms. Buyers should prioritize this over the older Grogu sets because the hover pram adds significant structural stability and visual context that the standalone figures lack.

How to get the most out of it

Posing the Ears

To give Grogu different moods, tilt the ears downward for a sad look or upward for a curious expression. The friction joints are strong enough to hold these positions over time without sagging.

Ownership tips

tip

Organizing Pieces

With over 1,000 pieces, use small bowls to sort the many sand-green and light-gray elements. This prevents confusion during the pram assembly where many pieces look similar.

care

Cleaning Your Display

Use a soft, clean makeup brush or compressed air to remove dust from the crevices of the hover pram. Avoid using water as it can seep into the mechanical arm dials.
